Yeah, I have the same basic set up as baloo and it handles better than most cars!!!!

Especially now that I have a 40 series sidewall on my rubber Wink

from what i read, if you get the sway bar for the back, the one in front is just fine stock. stiffer shocks will help ur corners too. and the lower u go, the lower it drops ur center of gravity for better turns. if you got tons and tons of money, i beleive "bose" came out with a suspension system that is one of the best in the world. but its not cheap at all.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone!!!

I'll probably do this in stages to see how far I need to go.

Sounds like the Hotchkis may be the best route as it allows for the truck to be lowered whereas the Hellwig rear does not. I'll see what that does for me, and then I'll look at different shocks.

One important question: are there any issues that could be caused by adding the Hotchkis front/rear anti-sway bars? How would it affect the factory warranty?

Reason I'm asking is that I had a scary moment on Friday; roads were wet. Make a right turn and as it was straightening out I accelerated (less than usual even) and the rear tires started spinning pretty bad. Really wasn't much different feeling than driving in snow up in IL, but there wasn't standing water on the road, and even at about 40 MPH it would do it easily.

Yeah, our trucks don't like rain. I found that out (see pics in gallery) the hard way! They really do need a little handling help.

Only if the dealer is an ASS... The front bar just replaces the stock bar... Now since there is no rear sway from the factory it requires the drilling of two holes in the frame..... I have never had a problem with Warranty work on my vehicles, none of which were stock very long..... Think my 03 Ram was stock the longest, 2 weeks.

You can notice a big differance going from the stock 60 series to a 40.... Ride is stiffer and a little rougher but stays planted in the turns nicely....But my suspension isn't stock either
