Hey all,

im new to the site so forgive me if this is messed up. I own a hemi orange gtx #088 so far it has had rusted exhaust tips the wheels are trashed all the body gaps were out of line the leather around the head rest has shifted so you can see the foam and the front rams head logo came off. now this truck is very well maintained and it was very pricey so these things bother me. also i havent had just problems with the conversion at 39000 miles chrysler put a new long block in it and 2800 miles later they put a new valve train in it. again i take care of this truck so there should be no need. Lawest sent me new decals for it but i was wondering about the rims and exhaust any help? Evil or Very Mad

I'm not sure which wheels you have but the first style they came out with they had alot of trouble with them. They changed to a different wheel. Lawest seems good to deal with and they were replacing the wheels on the ones that were having trouble. I think they would work with you on the tips too. I don't know where you live if you are close to them I'd run it over there. If not call them. We have had great luck dealing with them. Talk to Gary Rivers at LAWest, see if he can help you.

Welcome Beebeater ~

Good to have another GTX here. Post some pics of the items
you're wondering about (eg; wheels) and we can help.
Like Invader said, Gary Rivers @ LA West is a good contact.

If you are just outside Detroit Lawest is in north east In. Call them you could probably run it down there and have it taken care of.

according to the original owner of my truck the rims became pitted and LAwest replaced them right away with no problem..... so it sounds like a good company and they stand behind their product(something you dont see too often anymore)..... but im sure you wont have too much trouble getting your problems resolved..... good luck with it!

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I own the orange GTX #100.
So far, knock on wood I have had no major problems. My exhuast tips have no rust, the interior is super! No engine problems. The only thing I had to do is take mine into the dealership for work was at 11,000 miles I had to have my 2 front rotors replaced. ( I don;t know why so soon) I'm now at 27,000 miles and everything is good.
They are pretty pricey trucks, I got mine for $38,000 and I wouldn't want problems happening left and right. I'd be pissed!
I wish you best of luck, any questions feel free to ask, oh yeah, welcome aboard!!

I had an issue with my rims pitting and my exhaust had a broken baffler? inside so it sounded super loud. LA West took care of the rims and exhaust along with new tips. One of the rims now has some chrome coming off so I am going to take it and get it replaced. Also noticed a little crack in the steering wheel that i am going to have them look at too.
